Primo XLT

The Primo XLT is a four station servo driven wire processing machine. 

  • Ideally suited for terminal by terminal applications up to 12 awg (10 awg wire dependent) . 
  • Fully expandable for additional processes such as doubling and seal applications. 
  • The Primo XLT is priced at an entry level with features normally seen in more expensive machines.

Model 600

Model 800

The Model 800 is a premium six station wire processing machine.

  • The Uno features air glide press bases for full access during set up.
  • Open architecture for a large range of add on processing tools from Schaefer or other suppliers.

The Schaefer SSM is a weather seal applicator designed for fully automatic operation.  The SSM can be mounted to the Primo XLT, Uno or other machines on the market.  The SSK seal kit provides accurate feed and placement for pick up by the Primo XLT or Uno and is backward compatibile to other seal applicators on the market.
 
WireStar 20 is the newest operating system for the 600 and 800. Also backwards compatible to most legacy Megomat processing machines.
