The Telso®Splice TS3 is a tried-and-tested, sophisticated wire welding system. It is perfect for small welded splices and its light-weight and compact design makes it ideal for portable applications such as cable harnesses on assembly boards. It can also be used in preproduction and is available in a variety of table-top and standing table configurations. The Telso®Splice features highly intuitive touchscreen operation. Jobs, splices and sequences can be defined easily on the screen or loaded via the Telso®CON data interface.

MPX Universal Welder
The extendable MPX metal welding press can be used universally for a wide range of applications in the automotive and battery industries. With a press force of up to 5 kN and welding power of 2.4 kW, 3.6 kW, 4.8 kW and 7.2 kW, the most common cable strand joints are optimally covered. But various other joints such as contact-contact and foil can also be welded perfectly with the MPX press.
In combination with the TCS5 controller, the MPX metal welding press offers various welding modes and trigger types, thus enabling optimal process control.
The robust MPX metal welding press is used for welding copper, aluminium and other colored metals. This allows cable strands of 6 mm² to 50 mm² to be reliably welded to contacts. Contact-to-contact and thin foils are also reliably welded.
PowerWheel® uses a new type of movement pattern for the sonotrode, which is excited by a torsional oscillator. The welding action is carried out in a rocking rolling movement directly at the weld. This means that the maximum amplitude is always at the centre of the weld area and the power output can be precisely focused.
With the PowerWheel® it is possible to weld the weld nodes in flex wire connections higher and narrower by up to 30% without losing strength. Likewise, high-strength welding can be achieved with the thicker terminal connections.
